I'm currently representing an M&E company based in Gloucestershire searching for a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
Ideal candidate would have experience in:
- HVAC/Gas/Plumbing
- Procurement of materials and subcontractor packages/labour resources
- Project management of installation contracts (handoff to agreement of accounts)
- Risk assessments and H&S procedures
- SMSTS/NVQ level 7/ Black or Gold CSCS required
- Competent in CAD ideal but not required
