Junior Web Developer- Northampton (Hybrid working)- Permanent- Up to £34k
Roc Search are currently on the lookout for a Junior Web Developer for our client based in Northampton on a permanent basis to join a growing development team. This will be a hybrid working position, 3 days a week onsite in Northampton. The ideal person will be experienced in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with a solid understanding of modern web development practices.
Required skills include-
- 2-3 years of experience as a Web Developer/Software Engineer
- Proficient in PHP (7/8) with Laravel framework experience
- Experience with MySQL, including database schema design and optimisation
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive front-end practices
Desirable skills include-
- Knowledge of Azure
- Understanding of containerisation tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
