📍 Central Bristol (Hybrid: 1-2 remote days per week after probation)
💼 Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Opportunity
We're partnering with an innovative, high-performing digital consultancy to find an experienced Senior Technical Lead ready to shape complex, bespoke software solutions and influence technical excellence at scale.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
- Strong track record of defining and maintaining engineering standards (code quality, DevOps, tooling, architecture).
- Confident working across both strategic and hands-on technical responsibilities.
- Skilled mentor with the ability to elevate other technical leaders.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercially aware and experienced in client-facing environments.
- Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies.
- Eligible for SC Clearance
