I'm working with a client who's looking for a Site Manager (No.1) for a 3-month project based in Normanton. It's a live manufacturing facility going through a refurb/fit-out scheme with a strong M&E focus, and they're after someone who can hit the ground running.

Role: Site Manager
Location: Normanton
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
IR35: Outside
Rate: £300/day (Ltd Co. or CIS only)
Scope: Overseeing live manufacturing facility refurbishment works, coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring M&E elements are delivered on time and to spec.
The client previously offered this to someone with experience across Tesco, ASDA, ALDI, etc. - so if you've worked on fast-paced retail or modular projects before, that would be ideal.
