Technical Trainer

Technical Trainer - Crawley (Hybrid Working)- Permanent- £50k

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer for our client based in Crawley on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivery technical training sessions in the UK and internationally, both in person and via virtual instructor led sessions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training accuracy and consistency as well as providing learner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of global training standards.

Skills and experience required-

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing basics, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience installing and troubleshooting network-connected devices
• Ability to diagnose issues spanning hardware, software, networking, and cloud connectivity
• Solid electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills

Training & Communication Skills

• Experience delivering technical training (classroom, hands-on, or virtual)
• Ability to simplify complex IT and electronics concepts for varied audiences
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills
• Recognised training qualification desirable but not essential

✈️ Travel & Environment

• Based in Crawley, UK
• Up to 50% international travel in some months
• Occasional weekend travel or training delivery
