I joined Roc Search in 2021 as an Associate Consultant at our Reading HQ, after seven years working in the hospitality and events industry. I started out on the Engineering Permanent desk and quickly progressed to Principal Recruitment Consultant within my first 18 months.

Towards the end of 2025, I was given the opportunity to help rebuild our Talent Acquisition team. I successfully hired my colleague Keeley as an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant and found that I really enjoyed working closely with the leadership team and being part of the wider growth of the business.

Now, as Lead Talent & Engagement Consultant, I support Roc Search’s growth by helping us expand our teams and continue to build a strong, positive culture. I work closely with our senior leadership team to support with key hiring needs, as well as utilising my events background in order to drive employee engagement and support the organisation of social events, charity initiatives, and sales days.

I’m always keen to speak to individuals looking for Trainee, Senior, or Managing Consultant roles, as well as Recruitment Directors. We are hiring across our Reading and Manchester offices, and I would love to hear from anyone keen to kick-start a recruitment career.

Outside of work, I’m a big foodie, love live music (especially Bring Me the Horizon), F1, gaming, and a good pub quiz with friends.

Before recruitment, I spent 12 years in childcare, which shaped my people-first approach. I’m all about building genuine relationships and supporting people curious about starting a career in recruitment or making their next move in the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a live gig or festival, exploring European cities, adding to my tattoo collection, or being bossed around by my two cats🐾.
