An evolving business near Wakefield is looking for a PHP Developer to join its growing team before Christmas.
As a PHP Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative tech team with real ownership, long-term growth potential and opportunity to contribute to a growing product suite.

- £40,000 - £43,500 salary

The Role
- Develop and maintain PHP applications
- Build frontend functionality using JavaScript and integrate APIs
- Maintain and optimise MySQL databases
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and improve product features and functionality
Required experience
- Strong commercial PHP development experience
- Experience with Laravel, Symfony or another PHP framework
- JavaScript knowledge, ideally Vue.js
- Experience with MySQL, MariaDB or similar databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration
- Exposure to AWS or Azure environments
