Sometimes you just need a day, no explanation required. That's why every Roc Search employee gets a "You Day": one day, once a year, that you can take off at short notice, whenever you need it most. Whether it's a mental health reset, a moment to catch your breath, or simply a day for you, there's no need to plan ahead or justify it. You just let us know and take the time. It comes out of your standard holiday allowance, but the flexibility is entirely yours.
