CAE Analyst - (Contract)
We are looking for an experienced CAE Analyst to join a leading engineering team working within the automotive sector. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced vehicle development programmes in a highly technical and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structural CAE analysis to support vehicle design and development
- Develop, build, and maintain finite element models
- Perform simulation work and interpret results to support engineering decisions
- Work closely with design and test teams to correlate CAE with physical testing
- Support optimisation and performance improvement activities where required
Required Experience
- Strong background in CAE within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
- Hands-on experience withAltair HyperWorks,particularly:
- HyperMesh
- HyperView
- OptiStruct
- Solid understanding of finite element analysis and structural simulation methods
- Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to engineering teams
