Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HALO implementations, from discovery through to go-live
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable HALO solutions
- Configure HALO ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change, Asset, and CMDB
- Design and implement workflows, automations, and service catalogues
- Manage data migration, integrations, and platform configuration
- Run client workshops, provide guidance, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Support UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation optimisation
- Ensure solutions follow ITIL and ITSM best practices
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering HALO ITSM implementations
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying the HALO platform
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB)
- Experience working in a client-facing consultancy or delivery role
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in fast-paced project environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
