PMO Lead - Fixed Term Contract (Until April 2027)

Roc Search is partnered with a growing organisation which is looking for an experienced PMO professional to join its PMO team to support an ongoing significant data and transformation programme.
This is a key role supporting the delivery of complex programmes, improving governance & reporting, and working closely with deliver & commercial teams.

Role:
- Lead on programme governance, reporting and financial tracking.
- Own programme assurance, RAID and risk management.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and implement required improvements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure the portfolio remains aligned to organisational priorities, resources and expected benefits.
- Provide clear portfolio insight to support prioritisation and investment decisions, while improving PMO governance and ways of working.
- Work closely with delivery teams to improve reporting, visibility and consistency.
- Support the effective adoption and use of project management tools.
Required experience:
- Experience in a senior or lead PMO, portfolio, or programme role.
- Strong experience across governance, reporting and programme assurance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
