Tekla Draughtsperson - Location: Cheshire - Salary: Competitive + Benefits - Hybrid Working Available
We are seeking an experienced Tekla Draughtsperson to join an established structural steel detailing team based in Cheshire.
Working alongside experienced Tekla Detailers and Structural Engineers, you will produce high-quality 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of structural steel projects across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and detailed drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Produce GA, fabrication, assembly, and single-part drawings.
- Detail structural steelwork, cold-rolled systems, and simple connections.
- Interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Liaise with engineers, clients, fabricators, and project teams.
- Resolve detailing queries while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience using Tekla Structures.
- Previous experience in structural steel detailing.
- Knowledge of steelwork connections and cold-rolled systems.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
