We are looking for an experienced Senior HaloITSM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of HaloITSM within a complex MSP or enterprise environment.
This role will focus on delivering practical, hands-on ITSM transformation, improving service maturity, and ensuring HaloITSM is effectively aligned to ITIL-based processes, operating models, and business outcomes.
You will act as a senior advisor and hands-on SME, working closely with stakeholders to shape service design, drive adoption, and improve end-to-end service performance.
