We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Developer to support a US-based customer on an initial 3-month contract, fully remote, outside IR35.

This is a hands-on role focused on ITSM and ITOM, supporting development, enhancement and day-to-day platform improvements. You'll be working closely with stakeholders and the wider technical team, so strong communication skills and previous customer-facing experience are important.

Key experience required:

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience
  • Hands-on expertise across ITSM and ITOM
  • Experience with Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Good understanding of integrations, automation and scripting
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
  • Able to work US Central Time hours when required

Desirable:

  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Financial services experience
  • Previous experience working with US-based customers / teams
